Anne has a B.A and M.A. in History and began her career at the Huntington Library as a historical researcher. She has worked as a librarian, and as an educator for many years with Special Needs children. She is a licensed Resource Specialist in the State of California.
For many years she worked as a freelance travel writer, traveling extensively and living in Italy and Germany for several years.
The author’s eclectic writing career began with a well-reviewed children’s book, followed by “A Parent’s Guide to Helping Kids Become “A” Students,” which is available in bookstores.
Partnering with close friend and fellow author, Linda McLaughlin, she penned her first romance, Private Affair, under the shared name of Lyn O’Farrell. The novel was a finalist in the Short Contemporary category in RWA’s prestigious Golden Heart contest, and it has now been re-released as an e-book under the title Worth the Risk.
Anne is currently writing romantic suspense. An avid traveler, she has set her newest book in the Italian wine country, where she lived for more than a year.
